Do you own or have access to a van or large enclosed Ute ( station wagons and hatch backs are not suitable due to the volume to be picked up) to use for a Lifestyle block assistant role, starting within 2 weeks. Part time role at first 6-7 days a week about 3 hours a day with possibility for the right and suitable man or woman to go full time 40 hours plus very soon after. Its a contract role. Duties include a variety of home and property maintenance help including with help with animals and picking up of animal food from town. Location of property is about 18km from Barkes Corner, Pyes Pa. Apart from picking up animal food as a food run 6-7 time a week to go full time you would preferably need to be skilled and have some quality experience with property maintenance like putting up a fence line and or building or repairing chicken coops for example as well assisting with foot care for sheep and goats and so on. The role would suit someone possibly with farming back ground with very little other commitment to family or other work so to be available for the hours required to keep the lifestyle block going. The property is a multi hazard zone. You need to be very honest, reliable and dependable in very good health, so no back, knee or shoulder injuries or problems. Heavy lifting is involved when picking up animal food.. We need someone who can appreciate the job and is a very important part of an harmonious work place. If you are interested txt me at 02041741215 and I will call you back.

So, you’ve finally chosen that fabulous wallpaper to showcase your interior style but how do you best look after it to keep it looking fresh and clean?

Many a foreign object can flick onto the surface of the wallpapers in your home, ranging from food to crayon to fly spray, and like any textile, wallpapers need a little bit of love every now and then. A regular wipe down with a clean cloth should keep dust and marks at bay, however, there are times when there may be the need for a deeper clean.

To better understand how to care for your wallcoverings we need to first discuss the different types of wallpapers on the market and their cleaning durability. The main three classifications are:

1. Scrubbable
Generally heavy vinyl’s, these types of wallcoverings are suited to higher trafficc areas as they can withstand scrubbing to remove stains and dirt more effectively.

2. Washable
Coated papers (light weight vinyl) would fall into this category, a mild detergent and water can be used to occasionally wipe surface of wallcovering. They are unsuitable for high traffic areas due to light cleaning and inability to remove stains or contaminants without damage.
