Hello, I have a beautiful 3 bedroom/1 bathroom fully furnished house on Oceanbeach Road in Mount Maunganui & I'm looking for one professional flatmate to share the costs. This would mean $300 each per week + bills. I'm a 43yr old male that's very clean & tidy, loves cooking, surfing, fishing, diving, camping & am quite social.
