New Lions Club The Lakes/Tauriko
This has been posted previously but feel it needs to be reiterated:
Lions Club International turned 100 years this year and have almost 1.5 million members worldwide. The Welcome Bay Club are keen to help spread this great organisation by sponsoring a new club in Tauriko/The Lakes area.
A Public meeting is to be held 7th August 7.30pm at Tauriko School.
If you have the time and inclination to put something back into your community join a worthwhile organisation.
If you are not in the area but would like to join another club visit: www.lionsclubs.org.nz... or call or email me

If you've got a family recipe for tomatoes, we'd love to see it and maybe publish it in our magazine to share with our readers. Send your recipe to mailbox@nzgardener.co.nz, and if we use it in the mag, you will receive a free copy of our February 2025 issue.
