It’s rediscovering lost passions and plunging headfirst into new ones. It’s embracing new experiences right there on your doorstep. That’s why we’re creating communities that challenge the expectation of aging, while bringing job and meaning to every moment.

We are honoured to present our latest brand campaign that explores our residents lives through their eyes. From the poignant moments of life in care, to our residents continuing to push the boundaries of what they want to achieve.

FREE FURNITURE

Melissa from Bellevue

Furniture free for anyone who wants it.

It does need repair (good for a handy person) but is still useable as it is. The lazyboy is in good working order, it's just the fabric which is a bit old.

You may have noticed quite a few homes are currently being offered for sale by Deadline Sale.

A deadline sale is where a home is marketed for a set period with an advertised end date.

Chat with me to find out more about the deadline sale process -0274 951 536

Summary of important things to know

If a home is being sold by deadline sale, the seller sets a date and buyers can make an offer at any time before that date (if advertised that the property can be “sold prior”).
The seller may indicate a price guide, and buyers can offer more or less than that price for the seller to consider.

Buyers can attach conditions, ie approved finance

Sellers can also attach terms and conditions to the sale, ie settlement date

If you as the buyer can’t meet the conditions of your Sale & Purchase agreement or need an extension of time to meet those conditions, you need to talk to your lawyer or conveyancer and the real estate agent as soon as possible.

You will pay a deposit either on acceptance of the agreement by the seller or on the agreement becoming unconditional (depending on the terms of the offer).

You pay the balance of the purchase price on settlement day (when the property is scheduled to change ownership). Your lawyer does this for you.

For further explanation of the deadline sale process chat with me - my advice is given freely & without obligation.

Forever home for small dog

Graham from Pyes Pa

We lost our little Jack Russell some time ago and thought we would not want another dog. The thought of a boisterous puppy needing toilet training put us off. But if anyone is faced with having to give up a small dog we could consider providing a loving forever home for one.
