Recently released figures show there are now 72 Bunnings' Clever Living, flat-pack, homes up throughout New Zealand with a building company in Taupō now approved to erect them.

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
