Did you know Ngatea could become New Zealand's first plastic bag-free town? Ngatea Boomerang Bags founding member Judy Jamieson would like to see the town plastic bag-free before Christmas. An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
