Bereaved? Ease the load - get probate without leaving home
You don't need a lawyer's appointment! Use our automated online interview (about 15-20 minutes), then confirm you want to proceed, send us a copy of the signed will, and we will edit and send you the documents ready for you to sign and send to the High Court. This is for executors to apply for probate of a will after someone has died. We currently charge $400 (next year $460), and you pay the High Court fee direct ($200). Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
