New Zealand House Prices
Take a look at what the housing market was doing around New Zealand for March 2020. 🏠How big the effect of COVID-19 will be on the property market is up for debate. The impact will depend on a huge number of factors including how long the country is in an Alert Level 4 lockdown, the level of unemployment, consumer and business confidence levels, people’s ability to access finance (and finance their own mortgages) and how long the wider economy takes to recover; the question is how long will it take to recover? The good news is and one things for sure, properties will still be purchased and sold, it will just be a different market from where we left off, before COVID-19!
