I'm a qualified and experienced counsellor, life coach, and mentor, and I'm passionate about helping people to become all they want to be. This focus is outworked by journeying alongside people in all aspects of their life and well-being. As a counsellor, I work with individuals, couples and families struggling with conflict, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and mid-life crises - with a special interest in working with those who just feel ‘stuck’ and find life unfulfilling or challenging.
