Cate often found herself nervous and anxious throughout high school, keeping to herself and not making an effort to speak up when she wanted to. However, that all changed when she joined Career Navigator through the Graeme Dingle Foundation.

“I started this year really nervous, and I wouldn’t say a lot, I wouldn’t participate in class discussions. Doing Career Navigator, I don’t know what happened...but something just changed halfway through the programme."
