Tonight, Dinner is served 6pm
Doors open 5.40pm at Selwyn Primary School Rotorua CommUnity Kai create a community dinner open to all in the community. We’ll have the hall all warm or cool depending on the weather.
This is a free event open to everyone in our community. We will have fresh bakery bread & fruit/vegetables available for you to take home, bring you a “plastic bag” and take what you need.
This is a great way to meet locals, mix & mingle, make friendships or contacts or just enjoy a night off cooking & socialising with your locals.
Great for the elder community, those alone, families & individuals, it’s a gathering for all.
Volunteers are also welcome to join our team, just flick us a message or come visit us during dinner...

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
