So awesome! Contact animates for more information. Personally I think it could be very beneficial, teaching our 3 year old when we are out and about we are often greeted by dogs unleashed and unmuzzled, and regularly reassured by dog owners that their dogs are fine around kids, when an actual fact the dogs body language and signs show us the dogs are not actually feeling fine. This is a fab opportunity for all.

This is all based on increased Capital Valuations. The places mentioned for potential increases include Fordlands, Selwyn Heights, Western Heights, Koutu...one 'good point' mentioned is that properties in these areas have increased in value which is great according to those sharing this information. More information will follow Saturdays mail out, and you will be able to write to Council if you object. Apparently on average only 1,000 home owners object. I am in Auckland at present but decided to listen into todays meeting.
Kind Regards
