Hi, I have a sunny single room available to rent in my 3 bedroom home on Malfroy Rd (Not town end). It is furnished with single bed, desk, drawers and wardrobe...Rent is $160 per week (Includes power and wifi).
Please Note: home is non smoking and drug and alcohol free.
To share with owner/me and my 19 year old son.
References needed and 2 weeks bond. Must have employment!
Room is for one person only. Can be short or long term
