A great herb to build the immune system and fight bugs
I discovered how effective this herb is for myself last year. A wonderful herb to have on hand to fight colds/flu viruses etc
Anti Viral Olive Leaf Powder
Olive Leaf has anti-viral properties. (The Little Herb Encyclopedia - Jack Ritchason)
One qoute from google: Research suggests that olive leaf may be a true antiviral compound because it appears to selectively block an entire virus-specific system in the infected host. ... Remember, oleuropein is the active antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and antiparasitic component of olive leaf.
My own experience: Last year was the first full year without having cold/flu in my entire life (63 yrs). At first sign of symptoms, i took a tsp of powder in a little water or juice (its quite bitter) every few hours. Symptoms would disappear after each dose. Kate. Feb 20.
