We have a self-contained & fully furnished, including all bedding, towels, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and furniture, accommodation suitable for 1 or 2 people or a couple in lovely Foxton Beach.
There are 2 bedrooms, a double room with a queen bed, built-in drawers & wardrobe, the second is very small with a single bed and built-in shelving.
There’s a full kitchen, a washing machine in the renovated bathroom, 6 stage filtration system for lovely drinking and showering water, a heat pump to keep you warm in the large open plan kitchen, lounge, dining area. 58” smart TV & high-speed internet.
The property has off street parking for 1 vehicle, a sunny yard with outdoor furniture including a BBQ and a garden with seasonal vegetables & herbs.
Easy flat walking distance to the Manawatu Estuary & Foxton Beach. It is an eight-minute drive to the supermarket, cafés and shops in Foxton township, 20 minutes to Levin, 35 minutes to Palmerston North.
Suitable for travellers, those working away from home for a period, relocating to the area or needing a temporary home due to renovations.
Price will be discussed with interested people and includes power, water, gas, internet & netflix.
