Put a word in for the Motueka Swimming pool upgrade
Hi everyone
In this week's local paper you will have found the TDC booklet entitled Feedback on long term plan. If you are keen to support our push for a covered pool here in Motueka - now is your chance. Please note on your booklet your wish to see the pool go ahead. The more people write in and send in their request for the pool, the more TDC will sit up and take note. Please do this - we are working very hard on your behalf and we would appreciate your help in this way. Thanks :)
Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
