Dr Ros Vallings talk last Monday 11th February 2019
Dr Ros gave a most informative talk with the use of slides enlightening many on ME CFS FM and how many chronic illnesses overlap. a representative from WINZ Nelson Regional office , the Health & Disability Officier was present. Also Aaron Marshall from Takaka. Other professionals also attended the afternoon meeting with 14 doctors attending their meeting at 6.30pm in Richmond.
NElson Bays ME CFS FM Support Group are forwarding to ANZMES the video recording taken which will be put on YouTube.
2 things I need to do as many others also is to take a few grains of salt in water severall times a day (sodium) and take CoQ10 in the morning not at night.
Doris turned 93 on Monday and was presented with a small birthday gift, Doris is known by Dr Ros and many with ME/CFS for having worked in the region over the past 40 years. Clare Moody presented Dr Ros with a small token off appreciation. Clare Moody stepped aside as our area Coordinator with Brigeeta Light taking her place. All Support Groups in Nelson, Richmond, Men’s and Motueka continuing/g as normal. Clare Moody is now on the Executive Committee of ANZMES.
