Speakers from the CFFC, Retirement Village Association and the legal profession (if available), will discuss types of retirement villages, the costs of moving into and living in them, and how they operate. The seminar will also explain some important residents' rights and where you can find out more information.
The seminar is 90 minutes long and will include question and answer time.
Tea, coffee and light refreshments are provided.
Places are limited and while attendance is free, registering is essential.

Nicely equipped with ABS brakes, heated grips, tinted touring screen, centre stand, BMW tank bag, BMW top box, BMW cover + jacket, tool container, bark busters, bash plate, puncture kit, camelbak (water bottle), hi viz vest, original owners guide and gel seat cushion. LAMs approved for a learner and has a low seat height so good for shorties. Has travelled 43,000 kms under 2 owners and is in excellent, well maintained condition. A couple of minor cosmetic injuries in line with it's age and dual purpose use. Reg until the end of April and WOF expires in May.
