It seems a given that Covid is here to stay, combined with potential super spreaders in the community such as the Free Market at the A&P show grounds , people need to take it seriously.
it appears that scientific research has shown that vitamin deficiency has a strong link between death or serious illness among patients.
"Israel scientists say they have gathered the most convincing evidence to date that increased vitamin D levels can help COVID-19 patients reduce the risk of serious illness or death."
while in the Middle east 4 out of 5 are deficient , " About 5% of adults in New Zealand are deficient in vitamin D. A further 27% are below the recommended blood level of vitamin D. People with darker skin, who spend less time outside or who have health conditions that make it hard to absorb nutrients are more at risk of vitamin D deficiency."

Free Fisher & Paykel 90cm in-built oven - self cleaning

It is out of warranty but it appears that it need a new PCB (control board) and possibly a thermal switch and that will probably make it as good as new. To be honest we've had a few issues with it over the years and as I use it so much we decided to replace and not spend any more money on it. The issues we've had have been quite minor and while it was under warranty F & P were great. The general consensus is that if the above item/s are replaced it should go like new again (no guarantees from me). These ovens retail for around $7,000 and the fix is looking to be a few hundred dollars so if someone wants to come and take it away (as is where is)and look to fix it (or use it for parts) I would be more than happy. It has been removed and is just sitting in the garage waiting to be relocated. It comes with all its original accessories including the rotisserie (never been used). Model number OB90S9MEPX3

I only print in black and white but it uses up colour of its own accord which is quite common so not the issue today. What is at issue is: (1) All the other printer functions stopping (2) Including, but not limited to, black printing which has a larger cartridge (3) The cartridges being unable to be refilled (that is being swapped at Cartridge World) instead being throwaway costing both me and the environment.
At home I have an ancient HP printer which is happy operating with only the black cartridge in it. In my workplace I previously had a full function Brother which printed in black and white so long as the colour cartridges where there – full or empty. Both of those have refillable cartridges.
I now have the Canon with a full set of new cartridges along with a fairly strong feeling of having been burnt. When next the ink runs out I will dump the printer at the recycle (with a note advising this fault) and go back to Brother or HP.
Beware Canon
