Internet keeps dropping out
Hi neighbours,
For some weeks now our internet connection has been rather erratic and it seems to be getting worse. We are with MyRepublic.
However, one of our neighbours has said that they are with Vodafone and have been experiencing the same problems for a few months already.
They have asked Vodafone for help but nothing has changed.
In the meantime I have started 7(!) chats with MyRepublic, most of which I was cut out before reaching anyone due to the connectivity problems. Shortly after reaching someone I usually was cut out again. Then I always got standard text messages that I "could always try again" to contact them.
One of their reps said ten days ago he would "do a 24hr-line-test" then email me the results on Saturday. Of course, this never happened!
Thus, I changed to emails. So far two, so far no reply.
How is your connection?
What can be done about this, please?
Cheers
Dirk
