Poll: Will crate 'liners' stop Marlborough's recycling from being blown down the street?

The Marlborough District Council is looking at running a trial to see if bin bags will stop rubbish from flying out of kerbside recycling crates. The bags are see-through and can be recycled with the rest of a household's recycling. What do you think of the idea?
