Marlborough has a high quake risk, and Civil Defence warns it's not "an army in cold storage". Do you have torches, radio, batteries, waterproof clothes, outdoor shoes, first aid kit, blankets, pet supplies, toilet paper, rubbish bags, face masks, and food and water for three days?
