We want to say a huge thank you to J.P. Morgan who has gone above and beyond to support our Career Navigator programme in Porirua. They not only provide financial support but also offer their time to engage and work with our students through Career Navigator Workshops.
The team at J.P. Morgan deliver workshops on CVs and interview skills and take students through mock interviews. It's a great experience for our students who get to gain real-world experience.
Without the generosity of organisations like them, these awesome opportunities would not be available to our rangatahi.
Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
