Hello from Beyond Yoga!

Samantha from Beyond Yoga

Hi Neighbourly neighbours 🥰

I wanted to take the time to introduce myself and my yoga studio, Beyond Yoga!

My name is Samantha Rozitis and I am Canadian, but also proudly a NZ citizen. I have taught yoga in Wellington for nearly a decade and opened Tawa's first yoga studio in November 2020, Beyond Yoga. I am also the owner of Float Well, a float tank centre on Cuba Street.

The inspiration to open a yoga studio in Tawa was to bring yoga closer to home. While I have only lived in Tawa for a few years, my partner is a generational Tawa resident - in fact, he, his mum & his grandmother all attended the same primary school! Having a studio close to home makes committing to a regular practice so much easier.

I believe that yoga can change your life. The physical practice is so good to build strength, improve flexibility and mobility; while the teachings of yoga and the breathwork can help soothe an overstimulated mind and promote more calm in your life.

We offer 4 different styles of classes: Yin, Mellow, Flow & Kinstretch. All our classes are suitable for all levels of experience, from absolute beginner to seasoned yoga practitioner. The teacher's I've brought on board are quite literally my favourite yoga teachers in Wellington and they each offer a unique approach to their teaching.

Beyond Yoga is located at 4/82 Main Road, inside Pac Fitness (which is owned by my partner). We have classes 7 days a week at a variety of times to suit your schedule.

Please get in touch if you have any questions about our studio or classes. I am so proud to be the first yoga studio in Tawa and cannot wait to meet you all! ✨

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
