TAWA LIONS MARKET _ CHRISTMAS CAKES
Lions Christmas Cakes have arrived at our Saturday Morning Market at Outlet City Car Park. Baked in July to a traditional recipe with real fruit, they represent excellent value at our Market Special Price of $19.00 for a 1.2 kg cake. The proceeds from the sale of each cake, $5.20 goes towards our Lions Charitable Trust to support youth activities. In particular - Tawa Young Achievers Awards, Tawa Intermediate School Citizens Awards, Spirit of Adventure Trust, Camp Quality, supporting children with cancer and the Lions Playscape at the future Wellington Children's Hospital.

Seniors' week at the Tawa Community Centre
Senior's week starts this Wednesday and the first thing at the centre is Friday where we are having our morning tea/quiz. Centre opens at 10am and will start at 10.30am.
Our movie is the following Tuesday 1 Oct at 2.15pm.
