Wanted to buy: 12V 50W Spotlights with transformer for 230V Track

The transformers have begun to go and we can't track down any replacements: we hadn't realized they were older stock at the time. We are hoping someone might have some remaindered stock squirreled away somewhere. The PDF of the catalog page shows the type we are looking for. Hoping someone can help so we don't have to change all the lights in our kitchen!

Hi everyone,

We're running a free chair yoga class.

WHY chair yoga?

It's no secret, regular yoga practice leads to improved: flexibility; strength; posture; and mental wellbeing.

But if you have mobility issues, you may feel excluded... because yoga poses require you to get up & down from the ground.

Chair yoga is LOW-intensity - yet, still delivers all of the benefits.

If enough people show interest, we'll run regular chair yoga classes.

Here are the details:

* 11:00am to 11:45am, Monday, 13th of August
* Paremata Boating Club - 110 Paremata Road

And, do let me know if you are interested in chair yoga, but can't make this free class. Also, include days and times that work best for you.

Please share with friends who might be interested.

Register for the free event, here:

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks,
Lauren McKee
