Running Fit - would you like to improve your fitness and train with others

Jo from Tawa

RUNNING FIT

Do you want to improve your running and your fitness and train with others? We have an 8-week programme starting the week of 24 July at two venues - Tawa and Khandallah/Ngaio. More details an online link below:

What is Running Fit?
Our sessions are based on the TempoFit workouts created by Hayden Shearman who has helped get this programme up and running in Wellington.

As long as you can run 5km non stop at any speed you will fit in perfectly at Running Fit. Our workouts enable runners of a huge variety of abilities to work out together as we tailor your training paces to make each session equally challenging whether you're running 5km in under 20 minutes or causing along in 40 minutes.

There are 2 x 55-60 minute workouts each week over the 8 weeks and we also organise a long run on Sunday mornings at 8am for those who are keen to run with others. Session details are:

TAWA
Days and Times: Mondays and Thursdays from 6am to 7am
Venue: Meet at Tawa College by the Tawa Recreation Centre on Mondays and at the bottom of the Tawa College driveway on Thursdays
Starts: Monday 24 July
Coach: Ness Petrowski

KHANDALLAH/NGAIO
Days and Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.15am to 7.15am
Venue: Meet at the Nairnville Park carpark on both days
Starts: Tuesday 25 July
Coach: Sean McCrudden

Cost: $140 for 8-week block starting week of 24 July (early bird rate of $120 if you sign up by Tuesday 18 July)

Here's the online link runningfit.eventdesq.com...

If you need to mix up the sessions and do one at Khandallah and one at Tawa that's fine too. Just sign up for one of the venues and then email me if you'd like to attend one of the other venues for one of the sessions each week. If it's only from time to time you need to attend a different venue that's also an option.

Cheers
