Amazing Large Hand-Built Dolls House
This would be a wonderful Xmas present!
Hand-built dolls house – this came from a craft-fair type shop in Porirua about 20 years ago.
The furniture is selling with the house – including two good-quality 1/12-scale doll figures.
While there is still some dust to clean off, the house is generally in good condition.
This is a unique work of art! Very unusual to see one like this for sale!
Dimensions: 850mm wide, 440mm deep and 940mm high (including the chimney).
It is mounted on a fixed base, which measures 850mm wide by 670mm deep – this includes the paving in front of the house. Very solidly built, and therefore, rather heavy!
There is a hatch in the back of the roof, giving access to the attic hide-away.
Inspection welcome – pickup is from our house in Tawa.
