Lockwood home in enhanced native bush with sea view
We designed our house at 88 Motuhara Road and have loved it for 44 years. Children elsewhere so we septuagenarians are downsizing. Coastal forest plus 20-odd types of planted native trees and ferns mostly over 40 years old. Productive apple and lemon trees and rhubarb and kitchen herbs with space for veges. Sixty steps up from the garage to the first door but we see Mana Island and bigger distant islands from the sunny upstairs living areas. Harcourts Paremata (Marty and Adriana) plan to hold virtual auction on 28th May. Please talk to them and see website or page 13 of Kapi-Mana 12 May.

The Hikoi on Tuesday 19th
I copied this from a Facebook page: The expected route of the hīkoi on Tuesday is from Takapuwahia Maree in Esldon towards Porirua and along Kenepuru Drive to Tawa, then up Middleton Road to Johnsonville, down Ngaraunga George and along the old Hutt Road to Wellington. They are anticipating significant congestion on the roads between 06.00am and 12.30pm.
