Hi neighbours,
In commemoration of Anzac Day, The Press is looking for letters sent home during wartime with a view to publishing a selection as part of our Anzac Day coverage. We will only take a copy so please be assured your letters will remain with you. If you have letters you would like to share, please email details including who wrote them, who received them, when they were sent and any interesting details about the circumstances or content. Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
