Aramex Couriers (Formerly Fastways)
2 parcels not pick up now. 1st one finally after phoning/messages complaints 3 days later. Then the courier ripped up our front lawn with their van. 2nd one not picked up. Customer services finally got back to me and said she could not pick up from our street because the street is too busy. Asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me. I rang back and was told they had too many managers so they would find out who I needed to complain too and this manager would ring me back. Still waiting for the overseas call centre or manager to ring me back. I was told I could deliver the parcel to there depot and they would get it delivered for me. Haha. I delivered it myself to my customer. Should have changed there fast ways name to NO WAYS. Never again.
