Hi All,
I’m new on Neighbourly and recently started working as a contractor at the Stadium 2000 gym.
I offer expertise in physical conditioning, injury prevention/rehab and strength and conditioning. My skills are different to a ‘regular’ personal trainer as I assess the body as a whole, look at muscle imbalance and movement patterns before designing a training program.
