First home buying stories wanted
Hi everyone! I'm Kylie, a Homed reporter. We're looking for people who have fairly recent, interesting, unique or off-the-wall stories to tell about how they bought their first homes. Did you move away from your home just to find a more affordable property? Did you scrimp and save for years to get a deposit together? Perhaps your family chipped in to help get you on the ladder? Are you older and buying for the first time? Did you choose to move into a home with a friend or another couple to make it more affordable? This International Volunteer Day on December 5th, we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible people who give their time, energy, and hearts to help others. The theme this year ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ๐จ๐ง๐ reminds us that volunteering comes in all shapes and sizes, and thereโs a way for everyone to contribute.
Volunteering though isnโt just about one day, it happens every single day, in big ways and small. To everyone who steps up to lend a hand, support their community, or just make someoneโs day brighter, thank you.
