Road works - Paraparaumu and Raumati
Kia ora Kāpiti, this note is to let you know Higgins will be working nights in Paraparaumu and Raumati for a couple of weeks starting Sunday night, weather permitting.
They will be re-surfacing parts of Poplar Ave, Raumati Rd, Ruapehu St and Hinemoa St where the road is showing wear and tear and needs repairing. Property owners and residents will have received a letter about this work.
Work is expected to take five nights and will be spread over a couple of weeks and is expected to be complete by 8 September. It is expected each site will take one to two nights to complete.
Traffic management will be in place. There may be some noise but it is not expected to be too disruptive.
