Te Horo Country MARKET

Yay! It's TOMORROW!

The Te Horo Country Market is ready to go - Sunday 2 Feb, 10-12.30 at Te Horo Hall, School Road.

About 40 stallholders will be selling - many regulars plus some new. So come and get your fresh breads, cheese, sausages, honey, fruit & veges (surplus, provided by locals), pies and preserves........... or chose from the range of arts and crafts, plants, skincare products etc.......... PLUS meet our new stallholders with super sized wheel barrows, old favourite LPs and CDs, and a coffee van!

Relax over a homemade bite to eat in our cafe (fundraising for a local sports group).

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)

Food Recall: Equal brand European Dark Chocolate

A specific batch of Equal brand European Dark Chocolate is being recalled due to the presence of an undeclared allergen (milk).

People with a milk allergy or intolerance should not consume this product. If you are not allergic or intolerant to milk, this recall does not affect you.
