QUIZ NIGHT next Wednesday
Quiz night at the Pukekohe Cosmopolitan Club. Come as a single, or make up your own team. Gail is a well-known quiz mistress and is sure to make it a fun night. This is one of the prizes so you can get your garden into shape for the summer, a kind donation from Mitre 10 Mega and it is in aid of the Bursary BPW Franklin gives to a women going into tertiary education next year. Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
