If you haven’t heard of Sheila Natusch, be prepared to be totally inspired. The life story of this naturalist, historian, illustrator, and writer is a beautiful, truly antipodean journey, made with love by her cousin and long-time Kiwi filmmaker, Hugh Macdonald.
No Ordinary Sheila was first released at the New Zealand International Film Festival 2017 and was one of the most popular films in the festival. It went on to the cinema release from October 2018 to enthusiastic reviews and large audiences. BPW Franklin presents this acclaimed Festival Film, showing at Cinema3, Pukekohe specially hired for the BPW Movie Event.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
