Our latest newsletter contains information about our upcoming Art Exhibition at the Sir Edmond Hillary Library here in Papakura, commencing April 30th until May 4th.
As always new members are most welcome. You will find us each Wednesday (except Anzac Day) at the Old Papakura School Hall 57 Wood St., opposite the Police Station fro mid-day for a BYO lunch and natter until 3:30pm

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
