Looking for caring home for disabled duck

Traci from Highbury - Westbrook

We have to admit that we cannot give ‘Flopsy’ the disabled duck the attention she needs due to my long work hours.
www.stuff.co.nz...
The walker idea was a bust for many reasons but the main one was because of the hazards on our property. We have trouble keeping her clean due to the mud and making sure she has access to water / food at all times because she cannot control the direction she flops in.

She is quite easy to care for, just needs to be monitored more regularly to make sure she is comfortable and has access to food and water. She needs a bath once a day and her night house cleaned out regularly.

She loves attention and stroking on someone’s lap but has not had a decent one in ages. She is due to start laying eggs this spring and is physically capable. Would suit elderly couple as children can’t carry her properly.

Please PM me if you can help.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Do you think this ban is reasonable?
