Jetty is Looking for a home
Meet Jetty!
5 years old
This sweet black boy was living in a car park of an auto repair shop for about 6 months before coming into our care. Jetty is a friendly, mellow boy who loves the company of people.
He is fine with other cats, but a bit nervous around dogs,he would likely be okay with an older and very mellow dog. He prefers to spend time indoors and would love a home where he is not expected to go outside all day, but yet can join you in the garden if desired.
As with all of our adoptable cats, he is looking for home that can commit to keeping him inside at night.
The Adoption fee is $150 which covers De-sexing, first and second vaccine, microchip (with NZCAR Registry) and flea+ worm treatment. We will also include a welcome home pack (with vouchers, food and more) and 4 weeks free pet insurance.
The Forgotten Felines Foundation is a non-profit organisation (Charity) whose primary mission is to help people within the community of Kapiti Coast with the stray and abandoned cats and kittens.
Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
