Living near landfill "horrible"
A woman who lived near Waste Management's Redvale landfill shared her "horrible" experience at a meeting opposing the company's Dome Valley landfill proposal. She said her health had improved since moving to Wellsford. Waste Management said the new landfill would include a bigger buffer to prevent odours reaching neighbouring properties. What do you think? That time of the year where fledglings fall from their nests.. I know there’s lots of birds out there but it still breaks my heart. Does anyone know of a local ‘bird’ rescuer who can help them whilst they find their feet. I have one in my garden at present. Happy to donate pronurtar and can drop off. Does anyone know of somebody? Would appreciate your help. Cheers
