Yin yoga for women in Whalers Gate

Amber from Whalers Gate

Kia ora everyone. I am a trained yin yoga instructor and keen to hold some (very) small classes in my home in Whalers Gate. I taught for a few years in Wellington before we moved here and I am keen to get back into it. If you aren't familiar with yin yoga, it is characterised by longer allowed poses that are more passive in nature- ie seated or lying down and supported with lots of lovely support like blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc. It's great for stress-relief, stiffness, aches and pains. It's also very customisable for all bodies. I will just be charging cash koha- that may change in the future. If you're keen, please get in touch. Women only. Thank you!
