Equipment Delivery Volunteer
We are in need of volunteers to assist with the delivery, set, pack down and pick up of community patient care equipment. This role is good for those who are physically fit and active, able to manoeuvre light equipment and operate hospice vehicles. It is important to have empathy, sensitivity, patience, and be able to relate well to people from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances and be comfortable around illness, end of life and people under stress. Looking for Aroha
Good Morning and blessings for a New Year. An elderly 80 year old friend has had a major change in circumstances, he has faced this with humility. I would love to surprise him and create a beautiful small space in his garden for him to relax and feel the Aroha. Any kindly people who have anything they would like to add, I would be very happy to pick up, that would create a lovely space and I will post a pic when its done (Hopefully the weekend). He has two small old chairs currently, I would love to a add small outdoor table, plants and pots, he would have the love to give to plants that need TLC too. Thank you for reading.
