Personally, my absolute favourite is Pilates. It’s a fabulous whole-body workout giving me incredible access to the way I can move, stretch, and strengthen my body. The mind-body connection and invigorating experience are truly unmatched.

Looking for Aroha
Good Morning and blessings for a New Year. An elderly 80 year old friend has had a major change in circumstances, he has faced this with humility. I would love to surprise him and create a beautiful small space in his garden for him to relax and feel the Aroha. Any kindly people who have anything they would like to add, I would be very happy to pick up, that would create a lovely space and I will post a pic when its done (Hopefully the weekend). He has two small old chairs currently, I would love to a add small outdoor table, plants and pots, he would have the love to give to plants that need TLC too. Thank you for reading.
