Cooking Classes for Seniors
Our next Just Cook 4 Healthy Ageing Class is coming up in July. This is run in conjunction with the NZ Nutrition Foundation and is delivered by myself. There are 4 classes over a month each lasting 3 hours. We cover Nutrition and there's a demo followed by time for you to cook the dish. Then we all sit down together and eat it. We are looking for people over the age of 65 who have a need for more motivation to cook healthy food for themselves, require a bit more confidence in the kitchen and to improve your cooking skills a bit. If you are looking for a place to extend your repetoire in the kitchen this is not the course for you. It's a fun time and you meet people who are similar to yourself. As a seasoned Crewcut franchisee, John is excited to answer your lawn and gardening questions. After years of perfecting the greens on the field, he's ready to share tips on how to knock your garden out of the park. Let's just say he’s as passionate about lush lawns as he is about a good game of cricket!
John is happy to answer questions about lawn mowing, tree/hedge trimming, tidying your garden, ride on mowing, you name it! He'll be online on Wednesday, 27th of November to answer them all.
