Massage & Movement Therapy
Dear neighbours, I moved town in November and opened a space for Private personalised movement sessions (1:1 and Duos) and massage therapy. Group session at Koru center in Nelson. More info: www.janasojka.co.nz....
Treat yourself to your first massage/movement session for a launching price of $60 (20% discount from the usual $75) till May 2023. Discounted price for regular sessions as well.
My offerings are based on the body-mind-breath connection knowledge and experience I gained over the last decade. From special body conditions, needs, requirements, and goals to any age, post-natal, pre-natal, post, and pre-surgery preparation/recovery.. we'll find a way to heal, ease the pain and strengthen the body and mind with breath expansion. The session is led professionally with care and compassion in a cozy home studio environment.
Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
-
84.3% Yes

14.2% No
