What should a "City for All Ages" look like?
On Monday the Nelson City Council launched its "City for All Ages" initiative, engaging with residents and community groups to find out how Nelson could be a better city to live in for young and old alike.
Currently 20 per cent of Nelson's population is over 65, with that number expected to increase to more than 30 per cent by 2043.
What changes could be made in your community to make it a more age-friendly place to live?
