Unwind & Restore - FREE-Open Yoga & Therapy Sessions this Sunday

Hi,
We are offering an open session this Sunday 9.30am-1pm at Studio Evolve for those who have been affected by the regions fires- firefighters, volunteers of nay kind, evacuees etc.
There will be a relaxation yoga class 9.30-10.30am..with a kids yoga session and games at the same time, followed by mini free sessions with qualified professional therapists- head massage, chair massage, reiki, hands on healing, Emotional freedom Technique and more!
Please share with those who may benefit from some mindfull time- or a cup of tea and chat to aid bringing balance to mind and body.

For the rest of February there are also weekly free gentle yoga classes at 11.15am Wednesday & Thursday.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
