Surplus to requirements

Val from The Wood

We have a set of drawers, bookcase (7 shelves), large dining table with 4 chair, a corner office desk, an older style divan 3 large drawers underneath (no mattress), 3 coffee tables, a large round mirror (i think around 1950) all in reasonable to good condition. We are downsizing and these items must be off the property before 4pm today or will be taken to the Salvation Army. I do not have time to take photos to upload. My computer will be go offline at 3.30pm and I will not be able to read any replies after 2pm. If you have a Community Services Card, please leave your name and contact details in my private messages. Other items may be added as it becomes apparent they are not going to fit in our new dwelling.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
