New Yoga Classes at the Wellness Movement Studios.

We have officially opened the doors to the Wellness Movement Studios at 121 Trafalgar St (entrance on New St, upstairs).
I will be teaching 9.30am - 10.30am Core class and a 5.15pm - 6.30pm Vinyasa Flow tomorrow (Wednesday).
Monday I will be teaching 9.30-10.45am Deep Stretch and 5.15-6.15pm Power Hour.
Bring a mat if you have one, otherwise we have some there. Check out my website for more information on up and coming yoga events, workshops, classes etc - www.juliestephensyoga.co.nz...
Costs per class: $16 for a 75min/90min class.
$14 for a 60min class and $140 for a 10 pass (valid for 3 mths).
Don't forget my kids class at the Masonic Hall on fridays at 4pm.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
